I was impressed by the level of hospitality here. Amazing service, people and views of the resort. Delicious breakfast included and warm swimming pool even in October. Thankful for your hospitality!

Very nice place, in a beautiful tuscan countryside. All good if wasn't for the missing water in the morning. We couldn't wash and use the toilet or have a coffe. We understand that this things can happen however at the checkout not only we didn't receive a discount considering the lack of service, but we didn't even receive an apology. Quite disappointing

So peaceful. The staff were really lovely and made you feel so welcome. The pools were fantastic. Never very busy. Plenty of loungers. The spa too was a real treat for some relaxation out of the sun. Plenty of free parking. All in all, just perfect (except for slow Internet).

Location of the apartment is excellent. The place was quiet and perfect for relax. Nice breakfast with kind staff. However, apartment was little bit odd, strange noises of the running water at the middle of the night, noisy doors.

Wonderful. Clean, well maintained, great pools. Think they recently had maintenance works etc done after the tough covid period. Did not recognize anything of the negative posts dated from last year. Also restaurant was very good now - still expensive but trying to give you friendly service and food was outstanding.

Apartment was great. Spacious and clean with beautiful terrace. Choice of food is a bit small and pricy, but everything we had was very tasty.

Charming, picturesque hotel with a nice local touch. Friendly and professional staff in the restaurant. The owner at the reception could have asked whether we enjoyed our stay, but he didn't. Very nice spa. The rooms are nicely decorated with an amazing view and terrace, but should be better insulated for such a price (245€/night 4 pers in one room): we could hear *everything* from the neighbors besides and above. Free WiFi with pretty limited broadband.
